Service Calls Our Service helpdesk is manned Monday to Friday 09.00 - 1730, with personnel dedicated to handling your call. Outside normal office hours an answer phone is in operation and there is an Emergency Call Out Number for Weekends and Holiday cover. (additional charges apply).

Response Time To maximize response time and minimize our clients “down time “our service staff will contact the technician nearest to the site location of the reported fault. This will be done by voice contact direct to the engineer's mobile telephone. While we endeavour to respond to all calls in the quickest possible time, priority in responding to service calls is given to customers who have GOLD or PLATINUM Maintenance cover.
